Job Title: Mechanical Design Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for designing and engineering high-performance custom mechanical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing bespoke mechanical systems, including motors, hoists, gearboxes, and clamps
- Utilizing CAD software (e.g., Inventor) to create detailed designs and models
- Conducting finite element analysis (FEA) and simulations to optimize designs for performance
- Evaluating designs to ensure they meet strict safety protocols and standards
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in weight calculations, bending force analysis, and CAD/FEA tools. You will also be knowledgeable about safety standards and load cell systems for real-time weight monitoring.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Proven experience in motors, rigging, hoists, gearboxes, motion, and lifting mechanisms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
