- Achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets across all sales categories.
- Managing the parts sales budget and monitoring expenses to maximise profitability.
- Establishing clear, achievable targets for the sales team based on dealership objectives.
- Offering guidance and support to the sales team to improve performance and reach their goals.
- Addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Reporting on sales performance to track against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About you:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Parts Manager role.
- In-depth working knowledge of Toyota Parts.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a positive can-do attitude and desire to work in a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work within documented processes and procedures.
