  • Achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets across all sales categories.
  • Managing the parts sales budget and monitoring expenses to maximise profitability.
  • Establishing clear, achievable targets for the sales team based on dealership objectives.
  • Offering guidance and support to the sales team to improve performance and reach their goals.
  • Addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Reporting on sales performance to track against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Parts Manager role.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Toyota Parts.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a positive can-do attitude and desire to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within documented processes and procedures.
