At Auto Parts Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Parts Enquiry Specialist.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-level service to customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes through to customer delivery. This includes:

  • Managing an efficient phone service, answering all calls, and providing a professional and effective customer experience.
  • Identifying and interpreting parts through the APG enterprise applications.
  • Responding to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
  • Maintaining departmental KPI's and focusing on continuous improvement.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who possesses:

  • Experience in sales and building customer relationships.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
