**Reception Position Overview**

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact to greet visitors and respond to incoming calls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Answering and transferring incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients with a positive attitude
  • Providing administrative support to our team members
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in an office administration role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Work Environment:**

This is a part-time opportunity with a regular schedule, Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. You will have the chance to deliver exceptional customer service and develop your time management skills in a dynamic environment.
