Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team as Operations Manager. This part-time role involves managing all daily operations of multiple locations.

As a not-for-profit healthcare organization, we are committed to empowering more people to live longer, healthier lives.

  • Focus on people and communication, financial analysis, and problem-solving, particularly relating to complex management issues.
  • Act as a conduit between departments and teams.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and industry bodies to promote and grow the business.
  • Focus on business development and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational aspects support members and customers with high-quality service.
  • Ensure pharmacies are appropriately staffed and resourced.
  • Manage KPIs across designated pharmacies.
  • Develop policies and procedures.
  • Work with pharmacy managers to reach financial targets and develop plans for business performance.
  • Identify and address opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Project management and reporting.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or management.
  • Operational management experience at a senior level.
  • Leadership and people management experience and skills.
  • A record of achievement in operations and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to our purpose and guiding principles.
  • Analytical skills.
  • People skills and influencing skills.
