Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

To contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, we seek a highly motivated individual to assist customers with general queries and perform various tasks within our pharmacy team.

Key responsibilities will include processing sales transactions, replenishing stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our store environment and assist with promotional activities as needed.

  • Assist customers with queries and process sales transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Replenish stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and participate in regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and welcoming store environment by adhering to all cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, candidates should have previous experience working in a similar role and hold a relevant certification or qualification.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant.
  • Completed S2/S3 or Certificate 3 in Community Pharmacy.
  • Own transport to work across various locations.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Possession of passion for healthcare and the community.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, commitment to purpose and guiding principles.
