Job SummaryThis entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical ability and an interest in healthcare, technology, and consulting.
Duties/Responsibilities- Data Interpretation & Modelling: Analyze workforce, payroll, HR, and financial data to support client decision-making and business case development.
- Software Implementation & Training: Assist with software rollouts, including configuration, data validation, and client onboarding.
- Client Support & Engagement: Respond to queries, build relationships, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Business Consulting: Contribute to financial and operational scenario modelling for clients.
- Documentation & Communication: Create user guides, training materials, and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with developers, consultants, and analysts to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Economics, Commerce, Human Resources, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
- Interest or background in healthcare, consulting, or software strongly preferred.
- Training & Development: Comprehensive mentoring and hands-on learning across consulting and technical skills.

- Flexibility: 24–38 hours per week, based in Ballarat CBD, Victoria.
