Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify passion for excellence by serving guests with flair and professionalism.
  • Provide bespoke service to achieve the essence of pleasure.
  • Embody French hospitality through a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate and control day-to-day operations of In Room Dining.
  • Manage food and beverage service within the restaurant where required.
  • Ensure all areas are adequately staffed to service business at an acceptable standard.
  • Set outlets to required standards, following departmental procedures and checklists.
  • Assist Outlets Manager with training and development of ambassadors.

Requirements

  • Experience in similar role preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in high-volume restaurants.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional appearance representing Sofitel brand.
  • Ability to work rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
