**The Role**

We are seeking passionate and vibrant **Food & Beverage Team Leader** to join our energetic, service-centred Team on **casual, part time or full time basis**.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will hold the following primary responsibilities:

- Provide an exceptional, seamless experience for our Guests
- Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks
- Lead service periods in the Restaurant, Bar and Conferencing facilities (including weddings)
- Set up and pack down the restaurant and bar area following service periods
- Support with set up and pack down of events
- Bar (including cocktails) and Barista service
- Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner
- Maintain and follow health, safety, cleanliness and security procedures at all times

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential
- Valid NSW RSA
- Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
- Positive can do attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
