This role is an opportunity to take on a leadership position within our Food and Beverage team at The Waiting Room, our lobby lounger.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading operational performance and people leadership while on shift, bringing a hands-on approach with a guest-centric focus to achieve operational success.

You will utilize your previous experience in people management to lead a front-of-house team, supporting their development and creating memorable experiences for guests.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous leadership or supervisorial experience within a customer-facing role

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
