Food and Beverage Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at a luxury hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to work with exclusive clientele and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that F&B outlets operate successfully and in accordance with brand standards. They will provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests, maintain positive guest and colleague interactions, and serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion.

Key responsibilities include handling guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting guest complaints or problems to supervisors if necessary, and following up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will possess good food and beverage service skills, 1 year of experience in a similar position, and good coffee making skills. Additionally, you will hold a current NSW RSA Competency Card.
