About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team.

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering solutions that enhance IT ecosystems.

You will work collaboratively with our team to build out and expand upon system architecture from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Assist in scoping technology solutions using client business requirements.
  • Analyse information needs and specify technology to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client briefs align with requirements/expectations.
  • Configure solutions, perform system testing, and training.
  • Deliver technical internal and external training on configured solutions.
  • Provide training and support services to clients.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Undertake projects and assist stakeholders in project management procedures.
  • Deliver digital projects on time through effective project and time management.
  • Formulate and direct ICT strategies, policies, and plans.
  • Communicate and act in accordance with digital roadmaps and capability planning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in DevOps/other relevant project delivery frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data applications.
  • Ability to analyse client business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate, and readable documentation.
  • High-level skill in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in business analysis, including gathering and analysing requirements, designing solutions, running customer workshops, and documentation.
  • Technical experience in software development or configuration of applications.
  • Understanding of the Agile framework and Waterfall methodology.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate and work toward common goals with others.
  • Demonstrate a dedicated, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a technical team, actively seeking out others, and communicating ideas.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance and adhere to federal guidelines and regulations relevant to each project/engagement.
