Geriatric Medicine Expert

Are you an experienced geriatric medicine specialist seeking a new challenge?

This clinical lead role offers the opportunity to provide expert inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth care in a state-of-the-art hospital.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver medical leadership, support advanced trainees, registrars, and junior doctors, and partner with the Clinical Director to drive service innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert medical care to patients in various settings
  • Leading and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals
  • Driving service innovation and improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Specialist registration as a Geriatric Medicine Specialist with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Geriatric Medicine, or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • Proven 7+ years of clinical experience as a Geriatric Medicine Specialist
