The role involves managing client caseloads, coordinating administrative tasks, and delivering outstanding client service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and lodging applications for new business and ASIC compliance obligations
  • Collecting and organizing client information for file creation and updates
  • Maintaining client records, databases, and workflow schedules using industry software
  • Processing ATO lodgements and assisting with client-related matters
