Kincare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in the Shellharbour area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to help our customers maintain their independence.
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.

What We Look for in a Care Worker:

  • You have a genuine passion for assisting our aged community and a commitment to supporting them to live independently at home for longer.
  • You hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • You are able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to ask for help.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
