Job Overview
This is a senior role within the product team, responsible for creating, delivering and displaying innovative and exclusive products that drive company sales and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain competitive, accurately priced custom packages with value adds, ensuring innovation and market competitiveness through continuous analysis of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Build and load custom packages across booking and website platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, clear features, smooth booking flow, and engaging product displays to enhance customer experience.
  • Support product management by updating website content, managing rules (fare markups, commissions), setting up promotions, and reviewing supplier fares for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining calendars, completing requirements, ensuring products are bookable, and keeping sales updated to meet business objectives.
  • Manage design assets and image library, ensuring accurate, approved content and supporting materials are delivered for packages, promotions, and eDMs to consistently reflect the company brand.
  • Lead and support the product team, handle queries, explore new opportunities, monitor competitors, and ensure efficient coverage and operations to achieve business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI's in the cruise/travel sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and an efficient organiser, with comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems, including Cruise Line booking systems and GDS experience.
