Job Title: Senior Cruise Product Specialist

Job Description:

As a senior member of our product team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative products to increase company sales and revenue. This includes developing and maintaining custom packages with value adds, ensuring innovation and market competitiveness.

You will build and load custom packages across booking and website platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, clear features, smooth booking flow, and engaging product displays. Additionally, you will support product management by updating website content, managing rules (fare markups, commissions), setting up promotions, and reviewing supplier fares for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Product development and packaging
• Building and loading custom packages
• Supporting product management
• Managing promotional campaigns
• Leading and supporting the product team

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry.

Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI's in the cruise/travel sector.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Excellent attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure.

Ambitious, highly motivated, and an efficient organiser.

Comprehensive computer skills and confidently learn new computer systems (Cruise Line booking systems and GDS experience is an advantage).
