Senior Cruise Product Specialist Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing innovative products that drive revenue growth for our agent partners. This dynamic position involves creating and delivering customized packages with added value, as well as building and loading these packages across various booking platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality, competitively priced custom packages that exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update website content, manage rules, and set up promotional campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and develop targeted promotional strategies to enhance product sales
  • Lead the product team, handle queries, and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs in the cruise/travel sector
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comprehensive computer skills and confidence in learning new systems
