Corporate Diversity Pathways (CDP) is a female-led, Australian-owned proprietary limited company, dedicated to championing DEI-led 360-degree integrated people, culture and performance, embedding inclusive workplace practices on behalf of the Australian corporate and government sectors.

Our solutions span board search and advisory, inclusive recruitment, search and selection, indigenous career pathways, leadership development and executive coaching, outsourced on-demand HR, strategic advisory and workplace wellbeing and resilience training, tailored to each client's unique needs, strategic priorities and workplace culture.

2025 marks the next chapter in CDP's growth. Over the past 12 months we have invested in building a highly qualified team of solutions experts in Melbourne and Sydney, while refining our service offerings. With this foundation in place, we are now expanding our board to reflect our stage of growth and support the strategic opportunities ahead.

As CDP moves to scalable growth, we are seeking a Non-Executive Director with proven experience guiding professional services firms through this pivotal stage. You will bring strategic insight, commercial discipline, and a people-centred approach to help shape our direction, strengthen our governance, and ensure growth that is both sustainable and impactful.

As a Non-Executive Director at CDP, you will amplify our impact through your presence and reputation:

• Championing CDP's purpose in appropriate forums, bringing our mission into conversations with potential partners, clients, and/or advisers with integrity and independence.
• Enhancing our market presence as the preferred partner of choice for discerning Australian organisations committed to building inclusive cultures by supporting thought leadership—whether that's joining a panel, lending your perspective or helping us shape conversations that matter in business and government.
• Strengthening stakeholder relationships by representing CDP in ways that build trust and credibility with senior leaders, peak bodies, government agencies, and community partners.
• Safeguarding CDP's reputation by modelling inclusive leadership and ensuring our external engagement reflects our values and governance standards.

• Remuneration pathway: This appointment begins pro bono. After the initial 12-month term (or earlier by mutual agreement), the board will formally review the role to introduce fees and/or benefits in line with market practice for our size and stage.
