About the Role

At Secure Data Consent, we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytics support for key accounts in our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Support the generation of client insights from available data on platform, as well as general product support use of product with clients.
  • Develop and deliver user support documentation, conduct onboarding sessions, and provide ongoing training to empower clients.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and providing analytics-driven guidance for data-informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Business Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2+ years in an IT Business Analyst or related role; experience in customer insights or marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Strong in data analysis tools (e.g., R, SQL, Python) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
