Occupational Therapist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Occupational Therapist with a small, close-knit team servicing the Northern Gold Coast. The caseload includes a balanced mix of adult and paediatric clients, with opportunities to work in diverse environments such as participants' homes, day centres, parks, and even at the beach.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop impactful therapy plans for clients with complex support needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, witnessing the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to handle complex cases and explore new treatment approaches.

About You
  • You must be a registered Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA registration (limited may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are also required.
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) are essential.
  • This role is ideal for new-grads or early career OTs with up to 4 years of experience.
