The Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who is committed to empowering people and making a real impact. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within our highly skilled and supportive team.

As a valued team member, you will:

  • Provide high-quality behaviour support in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
  • Develop, implement, and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Work autonomously with the backing of an experienced, collaborative team
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • PBSP registration
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Current Driver's Licence, car, and insurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology preferred
