Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in contract administration, negotiation, and management. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of contracts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement contract strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and evaluate contract proposals and tenders.
  • Draft and finalize contracts, purchase orders, and other related documents.
  • Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on contract performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in contract administration, negotiation, and management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and systems.
