At Catalpa Group, we're on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee our end-to-end contract management processes, driving success and efficiency across exciting projects.This role could be a blend of working in the head office and/or working remotely

You'll contribute to strategic initiatives, and foster collaboration across the business entities.What You'll Be Doing:Drafting and negotiating contracts for small, mid and large-scale projects.Providing leadership and mentorship to junior contracts administrators.Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements to mitigate risks.Monitoring contract performance and resolving issues proactively.Contributing to strategic planning and driving process improvements.What We're Looking For:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.Extensive experience in contract administration, including negotiating and managing complex agreements.Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.A proactive mindset with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement.Open to working remotelyWhy Catalpa Group?
