**Job Title:** Executive Chef

In this casual role, you will be responsible for adhering to our comprehensive Food Safety Plan/ISO Food Safety Management System. You will be part of a dynamic team and report directly to the Hospitality Operations Manager and Head Chef.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Trade Chef qualifications
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to monitor and implement all food safety protocols
