We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless communication with the culinary team.
  • Liaise with the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Be an empowering leader, providing motivation and support to the team to drive their success.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities that enhance associates' overall wellbeing and create a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure compliance with Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards.
About You
  • Hold a trade industry qualification or completion of commercial cookery qualifications.
  • Possess a genuine passion for the industry and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Have working rights in Australia and be enthusiastic about advancing your career.
  • Show self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

Rise with us as a key member of our kitchen team, ensuring daily communications and operations run smoothly. Liaise with the culinary team regarding all aspects of food production, set ups & timings for daily events. Take charge of maintaining organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period.

Deliver Service Excellence with every customer experience by understanding guest requirements. Ensure compliance to Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.

About Your Qualifications you must have a trade industry qualification or completion of commercial cookery qualifications, possess a genuine passion for the industry and relevant experience in a similar role, have working rights in Australia and be enthusiastic about advancing your career, show self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
