The RoleThis role involves delivering specialist case management and clinical support to individuals and families impacted by Huntington's Disease.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care across different settings, provide education and therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with health professionals and support services to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate current knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and practices in the delivery of patient/client care in mental health services and/or Huntington's Disease Services, in line with legal and ethical requirements and the National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses.
- Show knowledge and understanding of the psychosocial and health needs of patients/clients and their families/carers, and apply this to nursing practice in the mental health services and/or Huntington's Disease Service setting, including maintaining appropriate therapeutic relationships.
- Demonstrate expertise in mental health nursing, including assertive case management, triage, holistic physical and mental health assessment, clinical risk management, and crisis intervention in the community setting.
