We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
  • Assist guests with menu options and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your station and service areas.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure orders are written clearly and correctly for the kitchen and cashier.
Requirements:
  • A passion for coffee and customer service.
  • Experience in a busy café or restaurant environment.
  • Completed Food Safety Handler Course.
  • Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
