Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Insurance Policy Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process insurance quotes, endorsements, and renewals for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Discuss client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage claims and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in general insurance broking, preferably with tier 1 qualifications.
  • Experience working with WinBEAT and Sunrise systems, or similar platforms.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage a growing book of clients effectively.
  • A focus on driving business growth through new clients and organic expansion.
