About the role:

This Co-working Corporate Receptionist (Community Associate) position involves nurturing and supporting customers at a Centre level. You'll contribute to growth and success by helping customers use flexible working to boost productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the daily point of contact in one of our business centres, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Whether customers stay for an hour or years, they all have unique needs.
  • Build effective relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with your team to provide our community with everything they need.
  • Create memorable experiences through every interaction.
  • Answer incoming calls and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Maintain your centre as a professional and inspiring work environment.
