To deliver an exceptional Workplace Experience for all Dentsu employees while ensuring organisational properties are effectively administered, presented and secured.
Responsible for executing all requests that are submitted to the team for properties in the East Coast of Australia covering Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane. Achieve SLA’s and meet the business requirements that enables our people to work efficiently.

Working out of our Millers Point premises you will be part of a supportive and inclusive national workplace experience team.

Core responsibilities include:
- Ensuring an exceptional workplace experience for all Dentsu employees across our Sydney, Canberra, and Brisbane offices.
- Partnering with the business to deliver fun, engaging, and inspiring workspaces.
- Close liaison and coordination with building management, cleaners and internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to ensure the ongoing operation, maintenance, and security of our properties.
- Delivering regular floor walks, cleaning inspections and monthly compliance reporting ensuring the safety and well-being of our people.
- Event management coordination and set-up / pack-down
- Office communications and admin including maintenance of floor plans.
- Purchasing and submission of invoicing to accounts for processing.
- Management of building evacuation, first aid and fire warden compliance.
- Coordinate office moves and space planning exercises.
- Reception cover where required.
A bit about you:
- Team player Level-headed under pressure with a positive can-do attitude.
- Demonstratable experience in workplace experience / property management understanding the importance that the role plays in creating successful and effective work environments.
- Proven ability to self-manage, work collaboratively with others, keep calm under pressure and have a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
