About the Role:

This Customer Experience Manager - Centre Operations role will help nurture and support our customers and centre teams at a Centre level, overseeing daily operations and contributing to growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • You will own customer experience and operations in your centre, providing exceptional experiences every interaction.
  • You'll build effective relationships with new and existing customers, working as part of a team to give our community everything they need.
  • As a key member of our Centre team, you'll drive profitability through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income.
  • You'll train, manage, and mentor community teams to be the best they can be, leading by example through every interaction.
