Opportunity Overview

This position is designed to empower patients, inspire hope and transform lives by providing exceptional, progressive and cost-effective fitness, performance and rehabilitative services through personalized care that emphasizes education and prevention of future injury.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing patient plans of care to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, design and implement patient plans of care
  • Participate in local community service initiatives
  • Mentor new staff members
  • Complete patient documentation in a timely manner
  • Establish and develop professional relationships with referral sources

Requirements:

  • Degreed from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • 1-2 years of experience in PT
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
