Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated rehabilitation professional to support individuals in their journey from rehab to healing. This role requires a holistic care approach, performing various assessments and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized care plans based on clients' needs and goals
  • Evaluate functional capacity, work environments, and daily living skills
  • Foster partnerships with medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor progress towards set objectives
Requirements:
  • A current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Nursing, or Osteopathy
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
  • Prior experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable
