About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the management and operation of our Linehaul services, ensuring compliance with all legislative and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of heavy vehicles and drivers for the QE Linehaul service
- Manage maintenance on all trucks and trailers, in conjunction with the QE Admin and Engineering team
- Ensure vehicle and driver compliance with HSE, Main roads, and Qube policy and procedures
- Prepare work/shift rosters for linehaul operations
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance and scope awareness
- Provide customer liaison for project and large long-term operations
- Ensure contracts are being serviced in accordance with their terms and conditions
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Strong communications and networking skills
- Ability to learn a variety of supply chain, planning, and scheduling software
- Experience working with contract management and past delivery through suppliers
- Experience in Oil and Gas operations (preferred)
