Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

Celotti Workforce is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Darwin, NT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate work orders for contracts and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Support Operation Department Managers with day-to-day scheduling, client tasks, and special projects.
  • Monitor contract requirements, ensuring standards, KPIs, and costs are met.
  • Evaluate vendors and prepare reports on orders and costs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients, managers, and Business Directors.
  • Ensure timely job quotations are sent to clients.
  • Process progress claims, invoicing, and variations for clients.
  • Maintain and manage filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets for works.
  • Develop templates and documents.

Requirements:

  • Trade-based scheduling experience is beneficial.
  • Experience working within defence contracts is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages is required.
  • Previous office-based admin experience is necessary.
