Job Overview

An experienced and results-driven Human Resources Strategist is required to partner with leadership to drive people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy, emphasizing recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Partner with the HR team to review and update company policies and procedures regularly, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing, mentoring, and developing an HR team.
