About the Role

This role will execute the employer brand in the external market to attract top talent to Metcash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to amplify Metcash's employer brand externally and communicate our value proposition
  • Create attraction campaigns and develop assets to support talent priorities
  • Drive employee engagement and advocacy programs using the employer brand
  • Promote Metcash's employer brand internally through effective channels
  • Understand the external talent market perception of Metcash's brand through metrics analysis

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition
  • Understanding of the Australian and New Zealand talent markets
  • Project management experience relating to employer branding delivery
