Job Title: Customer Experience InnovatorWe're looking for a visionary who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems, digital platforms, and omnichannel strategies.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CRM systems, including VEEVA, and proven project management skills in a complex commercial setting. They'll also possess excellent business partnering skills, the ability to influence across boundaries, and a creative mind with analytical skills and reporting capability.Key Responsibilities:• Manage configuration, user experience, and continuous improvement of the Bayer Veeva CRM Platform
• Be an agent for change, driving innovation and adoption of new technology to deliver seamless omnichannel customer experiences
• Optimize Bayer CRM, multichannel platforms, and processes and execute the Integrated MultiChannel Marketing (IMCM) strategy and initiatives
• Collaborate with business, vendors, commercial, and tech teams to scope, plan, and embed digital experiences for HCPs
• Monitor the external digital landscape, staying up to date on new and emerging innovations, evaluating new trends, and helping offer creative solutions and craft a long-term vision for omnichannel engagement with customers
• Utilize analytics to develop, measure, and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns
• Track performance, rapidly evolve content, and optimize channel mix to deliver impact
• Actively participate as a member of internal cross-functional teams/squads providing field insights to help drive brand strategies and tacticsRequirements:• Passion for digital, healthcare, and continuous improvement.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems including VEEVA
• Proven project & service management skills in a complex commercial setting
• A creative mind with analytical skills and reporting capability backed up by a pragmatic approach
• Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence across boundaries with a broad range of cross-functional local, regional, and global stakeholders
