Job Summary

The successful Digital Experience Strategist will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative account opening capabilities that meet the evolving needs of business and consumer customers.

  • Designing and implementing digital experiences that exceed customer expectations for account originations and digital onboarding in cash and transactional banking.
  • Fostering strong partnerships across various teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Key Accountabilities

  • Addressing key pain points and optimizing the signup process to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring top-tier digital acquisition through enhanced digitized experiences.
  • Developing and refining origination and digital onboarding policies to meet strategic objectives.
  • Leading initiatives to simplify origination pathways, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Managing and assessing the effectiveness of Origination platforms.
