The Challenge

We're looking for a talented Digital Strategy Associate to join our team. As a member of the Digital Strategy Group, you'll work with clients to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation.

Your Role

You'll collaborate closely with research analysts and Digital strategists to develop creative experiences and executions that bring strategic recommendations to life. This includes developing live presentations, interactive prototypes, and experience demos that surprise and delight executive customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Visual Storytelling: Take strategic briefs and develop creative storytelling executions that visually and interactively bring the strategy to life.
  • Video and Audio Creation: Document events via the creation and authoring of video and audio assets.
  • Experience Design: Support ethnographic interviews and journey diagnostics to understand customers' unmet needs. Build brand-new web experiences that delight customers and improve performance.
  • Workshop Facilitation & Support: Support design thinking workshops using Adobe XD to rapidly prototype and test new designs.
  • Design & Customer Research
