Job Title: Installation and Network Supervisor

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of network infrastructure in residential buildings. This includes managing field teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

This position involves supervising the deployment of high-quality cabling and network systems. The successful candidate will work closely with technicians and network engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site surveys, technician teams, and project schedules.
  • Supervise the installation of structured cabling systems in residential buildings.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to guarantee optimal network performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to on-site teams.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress and any challenges that may arise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • ACMA Open Cabling License is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in cabling infrastructure for MDUs, including fiber optics, Ethernet (CAT5/6), and PoE setups.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless systems.
  • Proven experience in site supervision, team management, and project completion to high standards.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and site management best practices.
  • A white card and Working at Heights certification are required.
