We are seeking a highly skilled professional to safeguard and optimize our network infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, and management of Splunk clustered infrastructure on RHEL, ensuring seamless data ingestion, parsing, and indexing. They will also administer Splunk Apps, developing new or extending existing apps to meet specialized requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deploy scalable Splunk architectures to handle large volumes of data.
  2. Configure and manage Splunk Apps to meet business needs.
  3. Develop strategies for efficient data management and provide expert advice to teams.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and data protection measures.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years experience in systems administration, including a high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Security+ certification is required.
  3. Must hold one of the following certifications: Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator, or Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Administrator.
  4. Strong familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.
  5. Understanding of network protocols, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
  6. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  7. US citizenship and a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access are required.

Selectees will undergo a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
