By welcoming our individual differences, talents and insights into our team, we all contribute to our common goals and success.Our team is currently looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to assist our Chiefs to achieve their business objectives during a 12 months FTC.
What you'll do: Provide efficient, effective high-level administration support for the Executive Leadership team and General Managers, under the direction from the Executive Business Support Manager.Format and proof complex documentation for stakeholder and public information.Ensure effective and efficient administration support to the wider teams.Coordinate diaries and scheduling of internal and external stakeholder meeting requirements.Report on purchasing against target budgets and monitor compliance of the procurement process.Manage department document review and control.
About you: Relationship builder, quick to problem solve and focused.Several years of experience in an EA or Senior Business Administration role.Organised with strong attention to detail skills, managing changing and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office and experienced with Financial software (TechOne, CiAnywhere or similar) and InDesign.Perth Airport is committed to developing an equitable and diverse workforce and encourages people of all backgrounds to apply.If this sounds like you, please get in touch.
