Youth Justice Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Manager to join our Youth Justice Team in Melbourne's western suburbs. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position that requires a strong understanding of case management practices and the ability to coordinate rehabilitative interventions for young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior case management and support services to complex, high-risk young people
- Coordinate the delivery of rehabilitative interventions, including developing and implementing individualized case plans
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community agencies, to achieve positive outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge and experience in case management practice, with a focus on coordinating rehabilitative interventions for young people with complex needs
- Understanding of the youth justice system, including relevant legislation and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving operating model
- A Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is highly desirable
- A full driver's license is required for travel to various locations
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and must be maintained throughout employment
