Youth Offending Officer

Job Summary:
Supply Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Youth Offending Officer to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing case management and support to young individuals involved in the Youth Justice system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake OOC assessments and case management to ensure effective support for young individuals.
- Participate in the Youth Offending Team's duty team and contribute to the development of interventions and group work programs.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams, including Birmingham City Council, West Midlands Police, and the Voluntary Sector, to achieve the objectives of the Youth Offending Team Services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in working with youth services and a strong understanding of the Youth Justice system.
- Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure and eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions.
- Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable individuals.
