Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Preparation Coordinator to support our customers through their pre-build process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer expectations and ensuring they are aware of the status of their home during this critical phase.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer project details and ensure timely updates are provided
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality control
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
