Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a professional Customer Service specialist to deliver exceptional support to our Operations and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch communication services, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Prepare quotes for air, ocean, off-shore shipments, domestic/interstate transport
  • Assist with office support tasks
  • Follow up on client inquiries and track shipments
  • Maintain existing customer relationships
  • Handle client complaints and inquiries
  • Support the reception team and answer phone calls

About You:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar industry is preferred
  • Cargowise experience is desirable but not required (training will be provided)
  • You possess excellent customer service ethics, ability to multitask, and work effectively under pressure
  • You have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and computer literacy with basic Microsoft Office applications
