Job Description

The Enterprise Fleet & Leasing Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for fleet buyers and leasing companies, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless experiences for stakeholders.

  • Act as single point of contact for B2B customers in operational and administrative contexts
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries nationally to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Purchase Order management and processing
  • Administer fleet and leasing programs
  • Maintenance of accurate Management Reporting Suite
  • Timely response to customer service enquiries
  • Complete customer reporting for orders and deliveries
  • Maintain knowledge of auto industry and Tesla information
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback
Requirements

  • Familiarity with fleet management or leasing environment preferred
  • Administrative proficiency and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Valid Australian driver's license and clean driving history required
