Fleet & Asset Director

This role presents an opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of vehicles and equipment, ensuring efficient utilisation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- The Fleet and Asset Operations Manager will oversee fleet and asset management across multiple sites, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Preventative maintenance strategies and asset management systems must be developed and implemented.
- The asset lifecycle, including procurement, utilisation, and disposal, is managed by the Fleet and Asset Operations Manager.
- Budgets are monitored and performance data is analysed to inform strategic decision-making.
- A minimum 3-5 years' experience in fleet and asset management is required.
- Strong expertise in ERP-based asset systems and data-driven decision-making is essential.
- A sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks and stakeholder engagement is necessary.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are expected.
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary.
- Flexibility to travel across Sydney Water sites as required is expected.
